Pelvic health conditions are common, treatable, and often life-changing when addressed, but too many people struggle in silence without the information or guidance that they need.
This website was created to change that.
My goal is to make trusted pelvic health education accessible to everyone, everywhere.
My name is Dr. Rachel Neiheisel and I am a licensed physical therapist with over 10 years of clinical experience treating individuals of all genders and backgrounds. Throughout my career, I’ve helped people manage and recover from conditions such as:
Urinary urgency, frequency, and leakage
Overactive bladder
Pelvic organ prolapse
Bowel dysfunction and fecal incontinence
Pelvic pain
Pregnancy and post partum recovery
Management of diastasis recti
Pre and post prostatectomy rehabilitation
What I see over and over is people live with symptoms for years because they are embarrassed to talk about symptoms and don’t know help exists or they don’t have access to it.
Pelvic health care is powerful, but it’s not always easy to find. Barriers include:
Limited access to pelvic health specialists
Long wait times
Geographic or rural limitations
Cost
Lack of awareness or education.
This platform was created to bridge that gap.
My mission is to improve access to reliable pelvic health education. I want to empower people to understand their symptoms and treatment options.
I plan to provide practical, evidence-based strategies that can be used right away. I want to help individuals feel confident to seek the right care when needed.
This website offers clear, medically informed, easy to understand resources including:
Educational videos on common pelvic health conditions
Long term maintenance strategies
Guidance for life stages such as post prostate surgery recovery
All content is grounded in evidence based physical therapy principles and real-world clinical experience.
This site is designed for:
Anyone experiencing bladder, bowel or pelvic symptoms
Individuals looking for conservative, non-surgical treatment options
People preparing for or recovering from pelvic region surgeries
Those living in areas without access to pelvic health specialists
Anyone who wants to better understand and care for their pelvic health
Pelvic health education should not be limited by location, gender, or access to specialty care. This information is for everyone.
My vision is to bring pelvic health education to the masses -
especially to underserved and hard to reach communities.
When people understand their bodies, they:
Seek help sooner
Improve outcomes
Avoid unnecessary suffering
Feel empowered instead of embarrassed.
If this platform helps even one person feel informed, supported, and hopeful, then it's doing its job.
